This
little penguin was sent to assist teacher, Chris Kelly, at her school
in Illinois. They have named her Patri Pax and the following e-mails
will exp-lain why.
I sent him/her whilst I was travelling around New Zealand and I
had originally planned to name her 'Hoiho'. Patri and the infamous
Dennis actually accompanied me on a trip from Oamaru, on the east
coast (south island) to the west coast and the Franz Josef Glacier.
Though they both declined to follow me up it!
Unfortunately, Patri's statistics are not complete because I didn't
have time to find out during our short time together. But I hope
that Chris will fill in the blanks. |
